I hope you had a meaningful Memorial Day, remembering those who have sacrificed everything for our freedoms. I missed this space last week when I was hosting my first Providence & Purpose retreat at the beautiful Mayhurst Estate. It was an amazing time that I won’t soon forget - the relationships forged, the delicious food we enjoyed, and the history we discussed. President Donald Trump announced a delay in implementing a 50% tariff on EU goods from June 1st to July 9th, aiming to allow time for trade negotiations with the European Union. The move has sparked mixed reactions globally as markets brace for potential impacts.
Ukraine and Russia Continue Attacks, Trump Calls Putin Crazy
Russian attacks on May 25th struck over 30 Ukrainian cities and villages, killing at least 12 people, including three children in Zhytomyr. They launched 355 drones into overnight on Sunday, along with nine cruise missiles. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the U.S. to respond to the escalating violence.
